Mark Proctor has been involved in the Tampa area for over 25 years in business, civic, and charitable organization. Mark is a regular guest on Florida This Week with Rob Lorei and Your Turn with Kathy Fountain. Mark has served as chairman of the Tampa Sports Authority and the Hillsborough Community College Foundation. He has also served as president of the Hillsborough Association Chambers of Commerce, President’s Roundtable of Brandon, Greater Tampa Association of Realtors, the Kiwanis Club of Greater Brandon and ACCESS. Mark founded MPA Consulting, Inc. in 2003 in order to help elect upstanding people to public office.

Kelso Tanner is a native of Hillsborough County and keen observer of political affairs. Kelso served in the United States Marine Corps from 1994-1998 and was given an honorable discharge. Kelso is a recent graduate from the University of South Florida and has a B.A in Political Science. Kelso has worked on the campaigns of local candidates as well as done work for the Hillsborough County Republican Party and the Republican Party of Florida. Kelso works on research, issue development, community outreach and media relations. Kelso joined MPA in 2009.
